Welcome to the Automatic Insurance Agency Show

Hi, Wade Galt here. Welcome to the Automatic Insurance Agency show, where we're going to focus on helping you make more, work less and do your thing if you're Multiline Insurance agency owner and you're making at least two hundred fifty thousand gross revenue working 30 hours a week or more. It's very likely that you can make more money in less time doing the work you do best. That's what we're going to focus on on this show. I have over thirty five years experience in the industry working with insurance agency owners in all different capacities and helping them grow their business.

For over 20 years, I've helped insurance agency owners attract, motivate and retain the best producers by creating awesome compensation opportunities, communicating those to the marketplace and having software that implements that and calculates those bonuses to motivate team members day in and day out. I've been training team members for decades on the Multiline Insurance sales process, how to pivot from the auto and the home or the condo to life insurance sales, disability insurance sales, health insurance sales and more.

And I've been helping entrepreneurs for years to create the type of lifestyle that they can enjoy 3-Day Weekend consistently and have time for family, friends and fun while making an impact and making a solid income. I've written books on how to get the most out of your insurance agency and how to get the most out of your personal life. And I've worked with lots of talented Insurance and owners to help them create the life and the lifestyle they most desire. Some of them have created greater sales results.

Most of them have created a greater life, greater time with their family, less stress and a better way of running their business in a more automatic and consistent way. We've helped foster greater accountability and implement better sales processes, and we've helped new agency owners to create a manageable life from the get go and have a better quality of life even as they grow their agency. All of this has been possible because we focused on 12 simple steps that are at the core of running an insurance agency, these steps, when executed properly or at least close enough, will help you run your agency with less effort, create better results, retain quality members for longer, identify and help you let go of team members that are not committed to your vision, create greater accountability and create a situation where you, as the agency owner, get to do that high end work, get to do the stuff you most enjoy.

For a lot of agency owners, that's either running and managing the agency or it's working with those more complex cases with clients where you get to enjoy and apply all the skills you've learned and continue learning as opposed to continually doing the same thing day in and day out. Now we're dealing with people, so, of course, automatic doesn't mean completely automatic. A lot of this has to do with how do you create an agency that's staffed with team members who understand the mission of the agency and to help you execute it in a way that allow each person to do their role to their best and allow each person to be compensated really well for that and minimize turnover.

So you're not spending forever looking for new people, retraining people on the same things you were teaching 20 years ago. Insurance agency ownership is a long game, it's not a one year game, it's not a five year game, it's not even a 10 year game. When you can align your agency with simple fundamentals that have proven to work for decades, you can create more results in less time, greater impact and greater income without you having to work as hard.

This will allow you and your team members to experience greater abundance, greater wealth, greater job satisfaction and greater endurance in a field that, if you don't do it well, can really beat up on you.
